Common Ground is a romantic dramedy about individuals across generations and life paths who support one another through social and economic hardships. The story takes place in 2010 Northern California, a time of economic displacement, and follows the character of Nick White, a veteran who goes to work at a small organic farm in Northern California, seeking solitude but instead finding community.
The short version of the script, also titled Common Ground, placed in Table Read My Screenplay in August 2019 and the SF IndieFest, February 2020.
